•Ability to recognize and correct mistakes

•Ability to “represent” coffee, craft
What are we looking for in a Champion?
•Dedication, passion, and technical proficiency
•Ability to represent Taiwan at WBC
•Person who can serve as a “role model” for other baristas
•Person who is an “ambassador” of coffee
•Person who is dedicated and committed to the craft
