Professionalism

Attention to detail

Technical skill & ability

Passion for coffee and/or craft

Understanding of tools & equipment

Ability to recognize and correct mistakes

Quality of coffee used

Ability to “represent” coffee, craft

 

What are we looking for in a Champion?

Dedication, passion, and technical proficiency

Ability to represent Taiwan at WBC

Person who can serve as a “role model” for other baristas

Person who is an “ambassador” of coffee

Person who is dedicated and committed to the craft
